Terms & Conditions

The items on this page make up the Terms & Conditions for danielMUNNINGS web systems in their entirety and are non-negotiable.

1. 50% of the total package price is to be paid upfront with the remainder being paid on completion.
2. 25% of the total package price is non refundable as it equates to the initial design and development of the order. This cannot be used again for another job/order therefore danielMUNNINGS web systems reserves the right to charge for this work even if the order is cancelled.
3. Full payment must be made within 7 days of final sign off.
4. Final sign off will be agreed for date and media during the initial order.
5. You the customer own the rights to all aspects of your web site and or database, but only when the site has been completed, signed off and full payment has been received.
6. The initial design and layout must be agreed and signed off before your actual content is added. This can be changed during the development of the site but may incur further charges. This sign off date will be agreed during the initial order.
7. danielMUNNINGS web systems reserves the right to withdraw services at any time with appropriate notice given. Any monies owed will be returned excluded the initial 25% as stated in item 2.
