Terms & Conditions

From 12th July 2010 onwards 50% of the price is to be paid upfront with the remainder being paid on completion. Also we would like to state that you the customer own the rights to every part of your site and or database when the site has been completed and full payment has been received (unless otherwise stated).

50% of the first payment is non refundable as it equates to the initial design and feasibility study of the project.
